Printing	Applicant can print out their documents	700 KRW / page
Courier	An applicant can get back their passport by courier service from DHL	10,000 KRW / Packet
SMS	Applicants will receive an SMS on the status of their application	2,700 KRW
Translation Facility	You can get your documents translated	15,000 KRW / per page

Translation Service

Please handover your documents to be translated to VFS at the visa application centre at least 2 working days prior to submitting your visa application. Please ensure that you collect your receipt upon your payment and bring the receipt along with you when you submit your visa application and supporting documents.

Status Tracking Through SMS (Disclaimer)

At VFS Global, as part of our constant and on going endeavour to add value to applicants experience, it is our privilege to offer the latest hi-tech SMS service, an express route to know the status of your visa application at your fingertips.

Easy to use SMS service with an automated confirmation feedback message sent to the applicant's mobile phone, at various stages of the visa application process. The service supports transfer of SMS in English or Korean and provides an applicant with convenience at their fingertips. Additionally, this user-friendly service will be followed up with an automated email message to the applicants email id informing them of the status of their visa application.

This valuable service, can be purchased for KRW 2,700 (inclusive of VAT), during the time of submission of the visa application form.

The application form for this service can be completed at the visa application centre or by visiting our website and downloading the form in the comfort of your home.
