VFS operates a call centre to answer your questions about the visa application process.

The call centre cannot provide immigration advice, and cannot give you any information about the progress of your application after it has been sent to the UK Border Agency. To find out how your application is progressing, see the Track your application page.

Our visa staff are able to help you with any questions or queries about the visa application process. You can also find this information on this website or on the UK Border Agency websites. We would maintain the confidentiality of all personal information and your call will be monitored.
